A resolution extending greetings from the House of Representatives to the Republics of the Western Hemisphere on Pan American Day.

Declares that, in honor of the founding of the Organization of American States, the House of Representatives of the United States of America extends greetings to the other Republics of the Western Hemisphere and to all citizens of those Republics, with the fervent hope that this new year of inter-American cooperation will be one of peace, understanding, and prosperity.
