Resolution authorizing and directing the Committee on the Judiciary to conduct an investigation and study of the conduct and practices of the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal judiciary with respect to grand jury investigations.

Directs the House Judiciary Committee, acting as a whole or by subcommittee, to conduct a full and complete investigation and study of the conduct and practices of the United States Department of Justice and the Federal judiciary with respect to grand jury investigations. Requires such investigation and study to be completed and reported to the House as soon as practicable, and to include findings on the subject matters listed in this resolution.
