Creates a select committee composed of eleven Members of the House of Representatives to conduct a full and complete investigation and study of issues affecting native Americans and to insure consideration of Indian interests from the relevant House committees.
Requires the committee to report to the House as soon as practicable during the present Congress the results of its investigation and study, together with such recommendations as it deems advisable.
