Authorizes the Committee on Armed Services to conduct full and complete studies and investigations and to make inquiries on any and all matters within its jurisdiction as set forth in the Rules of the House of Representatives.
Requires the committee to report to the Congress, not later than January 2, 1975, on its activities during the 93rd Congress.
