Authorizes the Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs to conduct full and complete studies and investigations and to make inquiries within its jurisdiction, as set forth in the Rules of the House of Representatives.
Provides that the committee shall submit to the House, not later than January 2, 1975, a report of its activities during the 93rd Congress.
