Resolution authorizing the Committee on the District of Columbia to conduct an investigation and study of the organization, management, operation, and administration of departments and agencies of the Government of the District of Columbia.

Authorizes the House Committee on the District of Columbia to conduct full and complete studies and investigations, to make inquiries within its jurisdictions, to hold hearings, and to require, by subpena or otherwise, the testimony of witnesses and the production of documents.

Requires the committee to submit to the House, not later than January 2, 1975, a report on the activities of that committee during the 93rd Congress.
