Resolution expressing concern for the safety and freedom of Valentyn Moroz and Leonid Plyushch.

Requests the President to express the concern of the United States Government for the safety and freedom of Valentyn Moroz and Leonid Plyushch and that the President urge the Government of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics to release Mr. Moroz and Mr. Plyushch from prison and permit them and their families to emigrate from the Soviet Union to the country of their choice.
