Resolution providing for the consideration of House Joint Resolution 1167. Joint resolution making further continuing appropriations for the fiscal year 1975.

Provides that immediately upon the adoption of this resolution the House shall consider the joint resolution (H.J.Res. 1167) making further continuing appropriations for the fiscal year 1975, and for other purposes.

States that after general debate, which shall be confined to the joint resolution and shall continue not to exceed one hour, the previous question shall be considered as ordered on the joint resolution to final passage without intervening motion except one motion to recommit.
