Resolution amending rule XXIII, clause 6, of the rules of the House.

Provides that material placed in the Congressional Record with respect to amendments printed therein shall indicate the full text of the proposed amendment, the name of the proponent Member, the number of the bill to which it will be offered and the point in the bill or amendment thereto where the amendment is intended to be offered. States that such amendments shall appear in a portion of the Record designated for that purpose.
