A resolution expressing the sense of the House of Representatives with respect to an international compact regarding the safety of persons entitled to diplomatic immunity.

Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the President, acting through the Secretary of State, should take such steps as may be necessary to secure an international compact insuring the safety of persons entitled to diplomatic immunity.
