Resolution waiving certain points of order against the conference report of H.R. 7130.

Provides that upon the adoption of this resolution it shall be in order to consider the conference report on the bill (H.R. 7130) to improve congressional control over budgetary outlay and receipt totals, to provide for a Legislative Budget Office, to establish a procedure providing congressional control over the impoundment of funds by the executive branch, and for other purposes, and all points of order against title III and X and against sections 201 and 607 of said conference report for failure to comply with the provisions of clause 3, rule XXVIII are hereby waived.
