Requests the Secretary of the Army to direct the Chief of Engineers to make a comprehensive survey of the shoreline of Lake Michigan in the State of Wisconsin in the counties of Kenosha, Racine, Milwaukee, and Ozaukee and adjacent shores as may be necessary in the interest of beach erosion.
