Resolution providing funds for the expenses of the Committee on House Administration to provide for maintenance and improvement of ongoing computer services for the House of Representatives and for the investigation of additional computer services for the House of Representatives.

Authorizes the Committee on House Administration to incur such further expenses (not in excess of $2,400,000) as the committee considers advisable to provide for maintenance and improvement of ongoing computer services for the House of Representatives and for the investigation of additional computer services for the House of Representatives.

Provides that not to exceed $478,500 of the total amount provided by this resolution may be used to procure the temporary or intermittent services of individual consultants or organizations thereof.
