A bill to clarify the meaning of certain provisions of the Criminal Code relating to unlawful interception of communications and other provisions of law.

Provides, under the criminal code regarding the interception and disclosure of wire or oral communications, that nothing shall be deemed to authorize the President, or anyone acting or purporting to act on his behalf, to engage in burglary or any other illegal act. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 2511)
