A bill to amend title 10 of the United States Code in order to eliminate discrimination on the basis of sex with respect to enlistment in the armed forces, and for other purposes.

Authorizes the enlistment of persons of both sexes into the branches of the Armed Services. Provides that the Secretary of each military department shall take such action as may be necessary to insure that no discrimination on the basis of sex is practiced with respect to testing, evaluation, assignment, or promotions.
