A bill to amend provisions of law relating to the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps.

States that a Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps midshipman or cadet may receive financial assistance for a five-year program if he is enrolled in an engineering program approved by the Secretary of the military department concerned which normally takes five academic years to complete, and may receive subsistence for 30 months.
