A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to remove the present limit on the number of days for which payments may be made thereunder for post-hospital extended care services.

Removes the present limit, under title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act, on the number of days for which benefits may be paid thereunder to an individual on account of posthospital extended care services. (Amends 42 U.S.C. 1395d, 1395e)
