Provides that the Secretary of Commerce may visit the workplace of any small employer to advise him, provided the visit is requested by the employer to gain interpretation of standards and provided the visit is limited to matters specified in the request.
Prohibits such visits from being regarded as inspections or investigations.
Authorizes an appropriation of $1,000,000 for fiscal 1973, $1,500,000 for fiscal 1974, and $1,500,000 for fiscal 1975 for carrying out this Act.
Prescribes procedures for the Secretary to follow if such visit discloses serious violations of standards.
