A bill to amend title 10 of the United States Code in order to permit the partial attachment of retired or retainer pay to satisfy judicially decreed family support contributions.

Provides that the retired or retainer pay of the member of an Armed Force may be attached to comply with a court support order in favor of a spouse, former spouse, or children, but that the attachment shall not exceed 50 percent of such pay.
