A bill to provide for computation of disability retirement pay for members of the uniformed services.

States that, notwithstanding any other provision of law, the pay of any member or former member of the uniformed services heretofore or hereafter retired or granted retirement pay by reason of physical disability shall be 75 percent of the basic pay he would receive were he serving on active duty.

Provides that nothing in this Act shall operate to reduce the pay of any member of the uniformed services now on the retired list.
