A bill to amend section 1951 of title 18 of the United States Code.

Revises the definition of extortion to mean the obtaining of property from another with his consent, induced by the use of actual or threatened force, violence, or fear, or under color of official right (presently wrongful use). (Amends 18 U.S.C. 1951 (b)(2))
