Designates the Chattooga River in the States of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia as a component of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers System. Authorizes appropriations for the acquisition of lands and interests and for development to carry out the provisions of this Act.
Extends the protection period under the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act from water resource projects for an additional five years.
