States that it is the policy of Congress and the additional purpose of the Federal Water Project Recreation Act that planning with respect to the protection and improvement of the fishery and wildlife resources affected by any such project shall be coordinated with Federal, State, and local agencies and shall have the purpose of utilizing every possible opportunity provided by construction, operation, and maintenance of the project to increase the viability of fish and wildlife species through development of breeding stock, setting aside areas for fish and wildlife protection, importation of species, construction of appurtenant works or other applicable measures.
Specifies that non-Federal public bodies administering land and water areas shall be required to bear 25 percent of the costs allocated to fish and wildlife enhancement. (Amends 16 U.S.C. 460 L-12, 460 L-13)
