A bill to amend title 10 of the United States Code in order to permit the partial attachment of retired or retainer pay to satisfy judicially decreed child support contributions, and for other purposes.

Permits the partial attachment (up to 50 percent) of retired or retainer pay of members of the Armed Forces to satisfy judicially decreed child support contributions, when such child support contributions are at least thirty days in arrears. (Adds 10 U.S.C. 1407)
