Declares that the authority of the Secretary of the Interior to acquire property by condemnation with regard to the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore in Wisconsin with respect to all improved property, to the extent of three acres thereof, located within the boundaries of this lakeshore during all times when an appropriate zoning agency shall have in force and applicable to such property a duly adopted, valid zoning ordinance approved by the Secretary.
