A bill to amend Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to allow an income tax deduction for depreciation on capital expenditures incurred in connecting residential sewer lines to municipal sewage systems.

Provides, under the Internal Revenue Code, that any capital expenditures incurred to connect a sewage line from the residence of a taxpayer to a municipal sewage system shall be considered to have been a depreciable capital expenditure incurred with respect to property held for the production of income.
