Authorizes Members of Congress to purchase, upon leaving office or otherwise ceasing to be a Member (except by expulsion), any item of office equipment or furnishings provided by the General Services Administration and then currently located and in use in the office of such Member in the district then represented.
States that each purchase shall be at a price equal to the acquisition cost less depreciation. Amends 2 U.S.C. 122
