A bill to amend section 14 of the Airport and Airway Development Act of 1970 to prohibit certain expenditures from the Airport and Airway Trust Funds in connection with certain projects involving the location of an airport unless the legislature of each State in or near which such project is located has approved such project.

Prohibits expenditures (in excess of $10,000 for planning, or $30,000 for development) from the Airport and Airway Trust Fund under the Airport and Airway Development Act of 1970 in connection with projects involving the location of an airport unless the legislature of each State in or near which such project is located has approved such project.
