Authorizes the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to undertake the minor channel improvements, or portions thereof recommended by the Chief of Engineers with regard to the project for the Sandridge Dam and Reservoir, or a selected alternative on Ellicott Creek, New York.
