Authorizes Florida Indian River grapefruit marketing orders under the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, which provides for an assessment against handlers for the purpose of financing a marketing promotion program.
Provides for a credit against such assessment in the case of handlers who expend directly for marketing promotion. (Amends 7 U.S.C. 608c(6) (I))
