Provides that whoever transports, receives, conceals, stores, barters, sells or offers for sale, or disposes of any gravestone, burial monument or other grave marker or headstone in interstate or foreign commerce, knowing the same to have been stolen or removed from the gravesite without the consent of the owner of the gravestone, the owner of the gravesite, or, in the case in which the ownership of such gravestone or gravesite is not known, the consent of the governmental unit having jurisdiction over the gravestone or gravesite, shall be fined not more than $5,000 or imprisoned not more than five years or both.
