Requires the Attorney General under the Immigration and Nationality Act to employ additional personnel to patrol the land borders of the United States.
Directs the Attorney General to conduct a full and complete investigation and study of (1) the feasibility of establishing a system for the issuance of machine readable cards to aliens entering the United States and (2) the feasibility of utilizing the most current available technology in electronic sensing devises for use by the border patrol force.
