A bill to extend commissary and exchange privileges to certain widows of deceased veterans and to certain disabled veterans.

Extends commissary and exchange privileges to widows, veterans who died from a service connected disability rated as permanently and totally disabling and to disabled veterans with a 50 percent or more service-connected disability.
