A bill to amend title 18 of the United States to increase the penalty for destruction of aircraft or aircraft facilities.

Increases the penalty for destruction of aircraft or aircraft facilities to a minimum $10,000 fine or imprisonment for life, or both. (Amends 18 U.S.C. 32)
