A bill to provide that after June 30, 1974, not more than 300,000 members of the Armed Forces may be assigned overseas.

Provides that after June 30, 1974, not more than three hundred thousand members of the Armed Forces may be assigned overseas in the Western Pacific Ocean or the Mediterranean Sea.
