A bill to amend section 8(e) of the National Labor Relations Act with respect to its application to labor agreements relating to construction.

Expands certain specified unfair labor practices under the National Labor Relations Act to include agreements between a labor organization and an employer in the construction industry relating to the contracting or subcontracting of work to be done at the site of construction, alteration, painting, or repair of a building, structure, or other work.
