Requires, under the provisions of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, relating to international narcotics control, the suspension of economic and military assistance with respect to any country whenever the Comptroller General determines upon annual review that such country has not taken adequate steps to control the production or processing of, or traffic in, narcotic drugs. Requires the Comptroller General to report to the President and to the Congress the results of his annual review under this Act.
