Chemical Pesticides Coordination Act - Provides for advance notice to the Secretary of the Interior, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and State wildlife and water pollution agencies before the beginning of any Federal program involving the use of pesticides or other chemicals used to eradicate or control animal or plant pests.
