A bill to prohibit assaults on State law-enforcement officers, firemen, and judicial officers.

Prohibits assaults on State law enforcement officers, firemen, and judicial officers, because of their official position, by anyone traveling in interstate commerce or using any instrumentality of interstate commerce, or facility for such commerce, with the intent to commit such assaults. (Adds 18 U.S.C. 1116)
