Provides, under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, that the Secretary of Labor may visit the workplace of any small employer which has 100 or fewer employees for the purpose of affording consultation and advice for such employer on matters, specified in a request by the employer, affecting conditions, structures, machines, apparatus, devices, equipment, or materials in the workplace.
