A bill to modify the authorization for the project for flood protection on the Minnesota River at Mankato-North Mankato, Minn..

Authorizes the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to reimburse the city of Mankato, Minnesota, for local costs incurred in relocating that portion of the existing Mankato interceptor sewer extending approximately 1,600 feet upstream and 1,500 feet downstream of the Warren Creek Pumping Station, provided the relocation interceptor sewer is designed and constructed in a manner which the Secretary of the Army determines, is fully adequate to serve the project purpose.
