A bill to provide for the orderly administration of special land-use permits regarding Federal lands.

Provides that, notwithstanding any other provision of law, any special land use permit regarding Federal land shall be renewed, extended, or continued as issued, unless the head of the agency which issued such permit finds that the person to whom the permit was issued has violated the conditions of the permit.
