A bill to authorize members of the Armed Forces to be discharged from active military service by reason of physical disability when such members are suffering from drug dependency, to authorize the civil commitment of such members after their discharge, to provide for the review of less than honorable discharges granted to certain members and the issuance of new discharges in certain cases, and for other purposes.
