A bill to declare the south prong of the Wicomico River, Md., nonnavigable.

Declares the south prong of the Wicomico River, Maryland, nonnavigable. Provides that any navigation or flood control project heretofore authorized is no longer authorized after the date of enactment of this Act to the extent of its application to the south prong of the river.
