A bill to amend the Food Stamp Act of 1964 to allow disabled adult members of eligible households to use coupons issued to them to purchase meals prepared for and delivered to them.

Allows disabled adult members who are 18 years of age or older of eligible households to use coupons issued to them to purchase meals prepared for and delivered to them under the Food Stamp Act of 1964. (Amends 7 U.S.C. 2019(b))
