Authorizes the Secretary of the Agriculture to release on behalf of the United States conditions in a deed with respect to specified lands in the State of New York, which requires that the lands so conveyed to New York by the deed be used for public purposes, or otherwise revert back to the United States if not so used.
Provides that all undivided mineral interests of the United States in any of the land so released from such condition shall be conveyed to the State of New York for the use and benefit of the State by the Secretary of the Interior.
