A bill to require that publications of statistics relating to the value of articles imported into the United States include the charges, costs, and expenses incurred in bringing such articles to the United States, and for other purposes.

Directs the Secretary of Commerce to publish as quickly as possible, after the close of each month and year, information on imports by categories using the 7-digit item number set forth in the Tariff Schedules of the U.S. Annotated, as published by the U.S. Tariff Commission and showing such imports from each foreign country. Outlines those specific statistics to be included in such information.

Enumerates the duties of the Secretaries of the Leasing, Agriculture and State in helping the Secretary of the Commerce carry out this Act.

Requires that in the statistical enumeration of items from time to time there shall be excluded information concerning all charges costs and expenses incurred in bringing the imported merchandise to the customs territory of the United States.
