Provides that, for purposes of computing the retired pay of enlisted members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marine Corps, the years of service are computed by adding the years of active service in the armed forces, the years of service in a medical unit or in medical work, and the years of service credited for special duty in specified assignments.
