A bill to amend section 2634 of title 10, Unites States Code, relating to the shipment at Government expense of motor vehicles owned by members of the armed forces.

Provides that the Secretary of Defense may authorize surface transportation at government expense of motor vehicles belonging to members of the armed forces on permanent change of station between customary ports of embarkation and debarkation if such transportation does not exceed the cost to the United States of other authorized means.
