A bill to direct the Secretary of State to undertake negotiations with the Federal Republic of Germany for certain payments to the Government of the United States, to authorize ex gratia payments to certain citizens of the United States who fought for the allied cause in World War II as members of the Royal Army of Yugoslavia and were imprisoned by the German Government and for other purposes.
